A Fresh Approach to Training
Traditional training can involve taking courses in essential skills from technology-based training through negotiation and presentation. We also offer non-traditional training such as personal excellence training, external coaching and internal mentoring schemes.

Broadening Knowledge
Training includes getting involved in real projects and learning ‘on the job’. The idea is to give people a firm grounding in exactly what we do at Oxyent.
